My brain is totally space the final frontier today! So I thought I'd pop into dA at lunch to cheer myself up.

On a good note I've started a colour pencil drawing which is for a pressie, so nothing more until it's done (shh!). I made good initial progress, and hoping to finish this weekend, but then I went and booked parties and visiting friends since I've been really up to the eyeballs at work and neglected everyone. Ooops! Well, it has to be finished really really soon as I have a second one to do to complete for the same date (mid december) - so hahahahahahaaa! Better get a move on... and then once I've actually given them out I can post them up here... joy! I'll have something new on my gallery.

The rest of my time (when not working) has been spent ranting on the facebook blue tongue video group. For any horsey folks out there, if you know of or have heard of rollkur then you probably have heard or seen the (now infamous) 'blue tongue' video of Patrik Kittel 'warming up' Scandic for a world cup dressage qualifier. It has opened up and added fuel to the anti-rollkur debate, and there are over 3000 like-minded individuals on the facebook page ranting, raving and generally making a nuisance of themselves until the FEI sort it out... they have launched an investigation - but only into that one incident. Yuh, it needs sorted properly this time, none of this "well, the riders who funded the vet studies say it's ok, so it's ok" back-bending nonsense!

Snort, snort, rant! That's my bitchin' for the day done now to go forage for food...
